1.      We are pleased to announce the list of selected and waitlisted candidates for admission to Master of Business Administration – Hospital & Health Care Management (MBA-HHC) 2008 – 2010 batch.

2.      Please note, all admissions are provisional and are subject to candidates’ fulfilling criteria published in the SIHS prospectus and in accordance with rules of Symbiosis International University (SIU), Pune.

3.      All merit listed candidates have been individually informed by email. Please confirm receipt of email & your acceptance latest by 29^th March 2008.

4.      1^st installment (Year I) to be paid by 5^th April, 2008. Installment details are as follows:

      (I) First Installment (Year I): (By 5^th April, 2008)

a.      Tuition Fees        :        Rs. 1,00,000/- (One Lakh only)

     (II) Second Installment (Year I): (Payable by 15^th October, 2008)

a.      Tuition Fees        :        Rs.48,000/- (Forty Eight Thousand only)

Tuition Fees does not include Examination Fees, Convocation Fees, Attendance to off campus Seminars and other events and Developments. This information is disseminated well in advance of the Academic Year and consequently details may vary. The University reserves the rights to make alterations to the programme and the fees as necessary. All students are required to abide by the charter statutes and rules of the Symbiosis International University. 

5.      Installments to be paid by a Demand Draft drawn in favor of “Symbiosis Institute of Health Sciences (SIHS)” payable at Pune.

6.      You are also requested to forward 5 recent, colour full face passport size photographs mentioning your name and SNAP ID for the purpose of issue of I–CARD.

7.      Bridge course commences from 1^st May 2008. Details of the same will be sent to admitted students shortly.

8.      Programme commences on 17^th June, 2008. Details of the event will be communicated subsequently.

9.      The Institute will provide assistance to all admitted students to secure hostel accommodation in Symbiosis campus or in areas close to the Institute. Accommodations are available on first-cum-first-served basis and are allotted on confirmation of provisional admission. Students desirous of availing hostel accommodation should apply on a plain paper while sending their first installment of fees.

10.  Students are requested to bring the following essential documents on the 1^st day of the programme commencement.

(i.e.

Ø       2 sets of attested copies of degree & mark list of the final year, (Registration Certificate with the respective Medical Council, if applicable).

Ø       Original Gap Certificate (if applicable).

Ø       Original Transfer/ College Leaving Certificate

Ø       Original Migration Certificate

Ø       Certificate of change in name, if applicable supported by documentary evidence like Government Gazette, Marriage Certificate.

Ø       In addition to the above, for candidates selected under the reservation category the admission will be confirmed after scrutiny of the original supporting documents of their respective categories. Please note that original supporting document of the reserved category should be issued by the relevant District Authority/ District Medical Board (in case of physically handicapped).

WAITING LIST

The names of waitlisted candidates in order of their merit are given below. Candidates in this list will be informed about their selection by 10^th April 2008 by email. The selected candidates from the waiting list should be prepared to deposit the first Installment of fees on or before 19^th April 2008 following offer of admission.
